At the helm of Coracora’s kitchen is CEO and Executive Chef Macarena Ludena, daughter of owners Hector and Luisa. Having worked her way up in CORACORA from bussing tables over a decade ago, to the dessert station, ceviche station, Kitchen Manager, and now Head Chef, she leads her team by example and with generosity and expertise.
We strive every day to serve our customers the way we would serve our family – with high-quality ingredients prepared with passion and love. When people come to our restaurant, we are dedicated to giving them an experience of community, and we want them to feel that we are taking care of them the way we would our own family.
